Partners at Latimer Hinks cities in Chambers UK legal guide

Latimer Hinks Solicitors has seen two of its Partners cited by one of the UK's most influential legal guides.

Chambers UK Guide, which prides itself on the independence and objectivity of its research, carries out thousands of in-depth interviews to assess the reputation and expertise of business lawyers.

Its rankings take into account technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial awareness, diligence and commitment to clients.

Latimer Hinks was ranked second in the North East in the Agriculture and Rural Affairs section, with Partner Anne Elliott personally cited. In the regional Real Estate section, Partner Nicola Neilson was also cited.

In the Agriculture and Rural Affairs section, Chambers states: “This Darlington team advises on a range of agricultural matters, including sales and purchases, agricultural holdings, andsuccession planning. More recently it has advised on an increasing number of wind farm developments. The team has a loyal client base who praise the firm for having “a fantastic appreciation of the common concerns held by farmers and landowners.”
