James joined Latimer Hinks in 2021 as a conveyancing assistant, and began his training contract in 2022, gaining valuable experience in both residential and commercial property. He qualified as a solicitor in 2024, becoming a key member of the firm’s residential property team.

James specialises in residential conveyancing, handling a wide range of matters including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, redemption of Help to Buy equity loans, first registrations, and transfers of equity. His attention to detail and client-focused approach ensures smooth and efficient transactions for all his clients.

Outside of work, James enjoys travelling, exploring different cuisines, and playing badminton.
