To meet this brief and meet an increasing demand for our services, we’re now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Residential Property Solicitor, to join our highly regarded team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven, positive reputation and a strong connection with local agents.  We’re looking for someone who’s keen to advance their career but to do so in a supportive and professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds, re-mortgages and, on occasion, matters involving land and agricultural assets
• Manage both registered and unregistered properties, Help to Buy schemes and shared ownership
• Extend leases and liaise effectively with clients and external professionals
• Work closely with our Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain high levels of client interaction, ensuring every process is communicated clearly
  
  What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3+ years PQE (residential conveyancing)
• Excellent knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, new build and lease extensions
• Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters
• Strong case management skills, with experience handling multiple conveyancing cases independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Copilot
• Excellent communication, administration and organisational skills
• A self-motivated team player, confident in networking and business development
• A professional, yet friendly and approachable manner
