Latimer Hinks Solicitor Nikita Noël Achieves Prestigious STEP Diploma Qualification

We’re delighted to announce that Private Client Solicitor Nikita Noël has successfully completed the highly regarded STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates – a globally recognised benchmark for practitioners specialising in inheritance and succession planning.

Awarded by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the diploma represents the gold standard for those advising on family inheritance and succession. The rigorous programme comprises four challenging examinations and demands a deep level of legal and technical expertise, as well as considerable personal dedication.

Reflecting on her achievement, Nikita said:
“Anybody who has completed the STEP diploma will agree that it is not for the faint hearted! The exams are difficult, and the preparation is consuming – particularly when trying to navigate it around your full-time career as a Private Client Solicitor. The feeling of passing all four exams is not only a relief but also something I am certainly proud of. I am thrilled to be joining some of my colleagues as a fellow TEP member, and I look forward to continuing to apply my new level of knowledge to my day-to-day role.”

Nikita, who specialises in wills, estate planning, tax, trusts and capacity matters, is now entitled to use the TEP (Trusts and Estates Practitioner) designation – a mark of technical competence and professional integrity respected worldwide.
