Latimer Hinks assists Heritage Healthcare in expansion drive

Latimer Hinks Solicitors, one of Darlington and County Durhams longest established law firms, has advised Heritage Healthcare on its major expansion plans, including the launch of the leading home care providers national franchise network.

In addition, the firm advised Darlington headquartered Heritage on extending its reach in the Yorkshire region with the acquisition of a strategically significant new office in York.

Heritage now has a team of 25 staff delivering care to more than 60 clients in York and the surrounding area and plans to increase these numbers substantially over the next twelve months.
