Trainee Solicitor, Private Client

Francesca joined Latimer Hinks’ Private Client Department in September 2024, after obtaining her MA Law (Conversion) from the University of Law. She also holds a BA History with Honours from Northumbria University, which she achieved in 2023. Originally from the US, she has been in the North East since 2019.

Francesca has assisted the team with tax and estate planning for various high net worth estates including large plots of land belonging to farmers. She has assisted in the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, and recently directly involved in the administration of an intestate estate.
