Jake began his career working in-house for a housing association, qualifying first as a chartered legal executive in May 2023, and then subsequently qualifying as a solicitor in January 2024. Jake joined Latimer Hinks in August 2024 as a solicitor within the Commercial Property team.

Jake is able to advise on a broad range of commercial property matters including disposals, acquisitions and leasing. He also has experience in the acquisition of land for residential development and in dealing with the setting up of plot sale documentation for residential development sites. He has specialist knowledge on shared ownership schemes.
