Nikita Noël (TEP)
Associate Solicitor, Private Client
Nikita began her career at Latimer Hinks Solicitors in 2014 as a legal secretary, which led to her completing her training contract within the company and qualifying as a solicitor in 2017.
Two years of her career were spent working at a firm in Newcastle before returning to Latimer Hinks in early 2024.
Nikita is a fully accredited member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), an associate member of SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly) and a Dementia Friend.

Nikita is able to advise in all aspects of private client work.
Nikita specialises in estate, wealth and tax planning, experienced in the preparation of complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney whilst also acquiring a wealth of knowledge in the administration of intricate estates and Trusts.

Recent matters:
- Dealing with the administration of a complex estate including the administration of a Lifetime Trust of which the Deceased was considered the ultimate beneficiary.
- Dealing with all aspects of estate administration including obtaining Grants of Probate and Grants of Letters of Administration.
- The preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney – including both Property and Financial Affairs and Health and Welfare but also extending to the preparation of Business Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Advising clients in relation to Estate Planning and asset protection for future generations.
- Dealing with the administration of high value estates and thereafter, providing the family members with Inheritance Tax advice.
- Drafting complex Wills in such a way as to secure both the Nil Rate Band and Residence Nil Rate Band for Inheritance Tax purposes.
